All seniors who are 65 or older as of January 1st; is the sole owner, or owner in joint tenancy, or tenancy in common of the property; occupies the property as their principal place of residency and owns a townhouse, condominium unit or a cooperative apartment that shares a common water bill is eligible for a $50.00 annual refund.
